“The Urbana Free Library” is hosting a “Teddy Bear Picnic” on Sunday, September 21 from 3:30 - 4:00 p.m. Children of all ages are invited for songs, stories, and a snack. And don’t forget to bring your bear. No registration is required for this free program. (Children 7 and under must be accompanied by an adult.)
