Welsh rockers Super Furry Animals came onto the scene in the early nineties with a fusion of power pop, progressive rock and electronic sounds. Their genre jumping sensibilities come together in a sound that is sounds like sixties pop with the production sense of nineties rock. Although they've been known to sing in their native tongue, SFA, as they sometimes refer to themselves and are know among fans, developed a strong following in Britain and continue an aggressive touring schedule in Europe today.
