Due to their catchy lyrics and charismatic live performances, the Chicago band OK go made a name for themselves after quickly their formation in 1998 even before releasing a full length album. After touring with Elliot Smith, they recorded two three-song CD's until they eventually released "Get Over It" with Columbia records in 2002. After switching guitarists in 2005, they promoted their second album, "Oh No," with a series of low budget music videos that reflected the band's playful and quirky soul. The video for "Here It Goes Again" includes the band members dancing on treadmills and became a hit on the Internet, and eventually made Billboard charts.
