Le Tigre is one of the most fiercely political and outspoken bands around today. This all-girl trio was founded by Kathleen Hanna of Bikini Kill and Johanna Fateman in 1998. The band often incorporates electronic samples and lo-fi beats into its music, and they are very much established as being one of those most energetic acts to see live. Their live performances often include a combination of visuals and dance to accompany the music. Le Tigre has released three full-length albums and they will continue to be one of the most enjoyable bands to dance to.
