    Kenny and the Kasuals formed in Texas in 1963. The band fed off of the changing music trends of the time, idolizing groups like The Kinks and The Rolling Stones. They quickly became a community favorite with their entertaining live performances, which often included a blend of cover songs and originals. Kenny and the Kasuals gained popularity throughout the ‘60s and played concerts and festivals with bands such as The Doors, The Yardbirds, and The Beatles. The band is still together, cited by Rolling Stone magazine as being “one of the only true sixties bands left in the world today.”
