All the way from France is a duo that can really set the atmosphere with their cool electronic sound. Nicolas Godin and Jean-Benoit Dunckel have been a band since 1998 making poppy electronic music. Their first album Moon Safari was released in early 1998 making #6 on the charts in the UK. The Virgin Suicides album for the film was released in 2000 and later had many of their songs in different films because of their atmospheric songs. They have released 3 more exciting studio albums since then and the latest called Pocket Symphony in 2007. They have had a lot of collaborations with other musicians and singers in their career like Beck, Dave Palmer and Thomas Mars from fellow French band Phoenix. They have found so much success in Europe and in America making them an international success.
