This British '80s pop band is probably best known not for their music, but rather for their outrageous hair-dos that led to tragic mass suicides by hair-stylists across the globe. Their best known U.S. hit came in 1982 when they released "I Ran (So Far Away)" as the first single off their self-titled first album. Unbeknownst to most, the band had two more Top 40 hits in the U.S. with "Space Age Love Song" and "Wishing (I had a Photograph of You)."
