Taking your mom out for a night on the town? Thinking about all of the different places to take her? Well, it is always fun to take your mom to your own favorite bar so she can get a taste of how you spend your nights after studying hard at school. Some of you may not want her to witness the debauchery of the more rowdy spots on campus, but if you think she's up for it, go to C.O.'s, Firehaus, Clybourne or maybe even Joe's. If you want to adhere to her tastes, here are the top 5 places I would recommend, on and off campus.
Top 5 Places to Take Your Mom Out This Weekend
- Esquire — It's very laid back, and there is a mixed crowd of students, and locals of varying ages.
- Legends- Why not take your mom to one of the more chill bars on campus, unless you think she can handle more.
- Guido's- Once again, it's laid back, and relatively nice with a mixed crowd.
- Rock's- I've seen a lot of moms come here for Mom's weekend, and I believe that I saw two mothers dancing on the bar last year.
- Brothers- Probably not her first choice, but nevertheless, a place you can take your mom on campus where she can have fun, but not be disgusted.
